Hello!
New italian heavy tanks have been added to the generator:

Carro P.88:
Tank 3233

Progetto 54:
Tank 3745

Progetto 66:
Tank 3489

Rinoceronte:
Tank 2977

I also manually fixed missing "rental" tanks from Korean server (marked with (R)), missing BB tanks from NA, missing live supertest tanks from RU, etc, which all were not available in WG's API.

MoE TOP100 on all servers have been updated too.
